Dollstock: Getting dolls from stock

Almost all of our dolls are made-to-order products. The advantage of this approach is that the dolls are available in numerous different variants. But this also results in lead times ranging between about ten days and six weeks, until the doll is completed; an additional delay is caused by shipping the doll from China to Germany - that's necessary because all our dolls include import fees and we ship by default from Germany.

Starting immediately, we are offering a small stock with selected producs as an experiment. Available from stock is a limited choice of customization options - the options that are currently in stock, or: the dolls are preconfigured. In exchange, the annoying waiting time for the production flow is completely eliminated. All dolls from stock are packaged as new and unused products. The dolls are offered at the same terms as the individualized made-to-order dolls.

As soon as payment terms and shipping methods are cleared, we reserve the selected doll for you and prepare her for shipping. Dolls from stock have the same price as the products in our online store. Of course, we do not collect an "express surcharge" or similar premium fees. It's just faster.

If you're in a hurry, the dolls from stock can be looked over in our Berlin office by appointment; if you like what you see, you just pay cash and take the doll with you (cash & carry).

We consider dolls from stock' as an experiment to find out whether there exists a demand to shorten the waiting time for a Doll.

If you still prefer the individual, fully customized configuration of your dolls, you can continue to order as usual - but you have to bring a little patience.
